It probably won't be implemented until 2456 :( To approve a treatment/medication there's usually a 10 year testing period. This is to make sure there aren't any debilitating long term side effects that could be dangerous. Sometimes however i think for big cases like this one, the president can sign an executive order to cut that time if the cure is really important.
