Essence 235
What an amazing story!! Would this happen to have occurred at the place you mentioned to me? :fan:
jjaa91 74
A) fan steals costume, has nothing to contribute or say other than "I love her I love the show" = gets widely publicized & sensationalized story to reach Gaga. B) fans like me who spend months of dedication, tears, physical and mental struggles to make a music video in gaga's name and as a result of her inspiration for a difficult filmmaking passion = no recognition, not newsworthy, no one cares because of "fanmade" label But I wish her and the skirt a safe trip. AND SHE DIDN'T STEAL THE COSTUME, THE GUY THAT STOLE IT GAVE IT TO HER! WE DECIDED ON OUR OWN TO TRY AND RETURN IT TO GAGA. She can barely f*ing talk!!! And it's not like GGD sat her down for an interview. It was a genuine random question and Kristie had SO much already going on that she wasn't even prepared to be asked something like that. Honestly, have some compassion for your fellow monsters, handicapped people, and people that you DON'T know! If you made a music video, good for you! but for you to say " no recognition, not newsworthy" like, in all honesty, what were you really expecting? Fox news coverage? Gagadaily to write a story about it? Make your art for the sake of art, not for fame and recognition. Die for your art if you have to, but not if your thoughts are going to be "oh no one wrote about it in the news" Have some #integrity and question to yourself why you are making this art, because I'm sure all your monster friends on facebook and Twitter reposted your hardwork. jjaa91 74
Why did she have floor tickets in the first place though? Not trying to be rude. Just I'm pretty sure there's spots for people in wheelchairs. :/ Why does this matter to you? Honestly? Uhm someone pulled it from her stage = stealing And if you expect everyone to say "nice" things... Well that isn't going to happen in real life. Negative things based off of ignorance will always be around, and that's real life. As mentioned, 2 guys stole it from the stage. It somehow was given to Kristie, so please, everyone please stop assuming that a girl in a wheelchair with Muscular Dystrophy jumped up towards the stage to steal Lady gaga's skirt just for a chance to meet her. Damn seriously you guys, chill out. I guess that's why I'm here, to fill in all the little holes. From the moment the skirt was given to Kristie to the moment we gave it back to Lacee, I was watching over that prized ass baby as if it were my own. I love Lady Gaga and I love monsters, so please can't we all just get along?
Kenon Astro 0
You won't get anywhere with that kind of attitude. I never had this attitude; I was completely enthusiastic the entire time while promoting my video. I was just a bit upset.

I love Lady Gaga and I love monsters, so please can't we all just get along? If you know me, I have TONS of sympathy for handicapped people. It's a nice story. It's great of her to want to give the skirt back, but in return for meeting Gaga. Wouldn't everyone do the same thing? There's still a payoff factor she's looking for, so it's not 100% selfless. I'm just commenting this from an objective point of view and not just blindly giving her 100,000 sympathy points for being handicapped. Anyways, I'm not remotely close to what you would say "obsessed with fame". I'm already grateful with what I have and I'm fine. It's just when these types of stories pop up, it reminds me of the "news" value we have today while the ones with actual integrity are undermined. But I'm over it now, and I agree I have have overreacted, so have a great day.

Like seriously, someone gave back an article of clothing that would have sold for thousands online and here you are bitter that it was newsworthy. She actually returned the skirt and didn't meet Gaga, soooo. I don't see how that isn't integrity, especially when every other person on here is like "oh my gaga i would have kept it" Her being handicapped has nothing to do with this really, and no one is asking for your 100,000 sympathy points because it doesn't seem like you have any... Yet your main bolded argument have been trying to draw attention to her being handicapped, over and over. And how is that defined as integrity when she clutched onto the skirt till the end, in return to meet Gaga? What happened last was NOT in her favor, so how is it anything close to integrity? & I never said anything about anyone wanting my sympathy points either. What are you even?? It's these types of arguments that don't even....And I haven't argued on this site for over a year. I'm SURPRISED that I'm riled over people like you. No...I'm just gonna stop and save myself. Just please stop responding. If you want to make yourself feel better, you can go to my video and give it a thumbs down in spite, if you haven't already. People It's also interesting to note that everyone completely forgot about Martin Gonzalez, the guy who actually GAVE UP the skirt to the girl in the first place out of kindness. THAT'S integrity. He should be the one applauded. But nope, he'll be forgotten for the most part (as evident throughout this thread) because he wasn't in a wheelchair. It's the girl that Gaga is tweeting about, and the girl that everyone's talking about. Makes you wonder about the values we place with biased sympathy. I bolded that part because people were like "Oh, so she stole the skirt just to meet Gaga" When in reality, the person whom we all forgot about, this MArio or Martin or Dartio character, they are the ones that commited an act of vandalism that would not have been appreciated by anyone ever. It's like saying "Oh Robin Hood, you're so amazing for stealing and giving it to the less fortunate" When in reality, this was something that should have stayed on the stage and in the possesion of Lady Gaga and her team. It was Dario who did an act of kindness in giving it to Kristie, but only after they were about to STEAL it. Oh and I just realized you're Khang Le, in which case i reposted your effing video on Facebook, as well as did 29 others, but you're right, that's like, totes not any recognition. #ctfu #FOH

I was at the show and saw her, she could barely even see anything the majority of the time, and she was there on the floor because its obvious she wanted to be around the energy and as close to gaga as possible. She is handicapped, and yes, we "blindly" give her sympathy because she DESERVES IT. "Biased sympathy"? She has muscular dystrophy. Be thankful you have the ability to type your stupid post without any issues, and not have trouble doing basic things like standing and walking. Give her a break, don't be mad that you can't get exposure, it has nothing to do with what happened here.

As soon as Lacee came, it was in Lacee's hands; and Lacee was around us for awhile. Kristie didn't clutch it until the end so seriously Khang, just stop pretending that you know something about an event that you weren't around for at all. NewUsername 11,426
Guys, nobody is criticizing the girl. And we wish her the best and being able to meet Gaga Some of us are just pointing out how many of you are applauding the circumstances (the stealing)
