Gagaloo911 12,959 Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 Colorado attorney general's attempt to stop Boulder county clerk from issuing same-s-x marriage licenses since the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down a Utah ban on same-s-x marriages has been rejected. In response to the rejection, the Denver county clerk has begun issuing same-s-x marriage licenses to same-s-x couples in Denver, with Pueblo county clerk to start issuing them beginning tomorrow and other county clerks now considering what they plan to do. In addition, just yesterday the ban Colorado has on same-s-x marriages was declared unconstitutional I live here in colorful Colorado myself and am happy to see the progress that has been made this past week!
