Kayhan 7
eek it says to send a parcel to Turkey via airmail up to 500 grams is $20(Aussie). WTF? It did not used to be that expensive. If I sent it seamail it's like $10 but that can take 6 weeks to arrive. :help: Maybe I will try to go to the post office on my lunch break today and check because it doesn't sound right tbh. I have a tour book so I can get them to weigh it. I'll ask for costs to Europe and the USA. :) Thanks, but I doubt I'll come to Birmingham. :( Work won't give me the time off because it's a busy month for us. Blah and that rule comes from our head office so it's country wide. Doubt it's gonna change. I'll be glad if you can say all the options for mailing to me, i eventually choose one of them :) thank you for your effort on this

Gaga4Lady_Gaga 7
Sure. :) Thankies Hun. Would you be able to find out postage for the UK?
somechick 1
Thankies Hun. Would you be able to find out postage for the UK? Air mail to the UK is $18(Aussie), so I guess sea mail would be like $10 or something. I took my tour book in and had it weighed at the post office today. I wonder if it would be cheaper to send from the US, but I don't know how to work that out. Air mail to the US from Australia was $15, so obviously that's gonna be cheaper to do in the US. I assume Europe is pretty much the same as the UK postage rate because I did ask what the rate to Europe was and the guy just said "UK is $18". I'd probably be sending from LA because I have the day after the first LA show free and I'm staying with my friend so I can ask him to take me to the post office... Sure. :) It's usually based on weight. But there's an option of "media mail" that is cheaper if you're sending books or whatnot. You can go here to calculate it:http://postcalc.usps.com/
