And also @ that dumb ass prosecutor b---h - if you don't stop for animals what do you do? You just run them over? Even if you don't care about animals your can break your car if you hit a dog for example. If there's a message coming from this is that motorcycles should be forbidden tbh. Not only they are way too loud, but they're always causing trouble on the road, half of them drive way too fast, they are very unpredictable... this list could go on for a while. Same goes to the lunatics that are pedaling their bicycles with 20 km/h in rush hour traffic. It's horrible hitting an animal in your car but you CAN'T stop on a highway unless continuing is impossible or will be putting yourself and others at risk. I don't get insulted. :haha: The awkney was just my first thought when I realized I am that lunatic drivers must hate haha. I agree I don't always bike in the safest places but sometimes I'm in too much of a hurry, or too lazy to take a longer route in order to be in a safer place. Giving her a sentence this harsh is going to help nobody. It was a mistake. She didn't think something so meager could have consequences like this. If the girl had enough time to stop the car and get out that only means everyone around her was at a safe distance. It's the motorcyclist's fault he died, despite the obvious mistake that the girl made by stopping to begin with.
