The Gaga obsessed with breaking records and cementing her popularity will want it. As for who will get it first, that's hard to say since they haven't been around all that long really. Gaga seems more like she'd want one tbh. To say she wouldn't bother-- We all know Gaga has an obsession with Hollywood. I think Gaga wants to get a star and be in the RnR Hall of Fame.
