I think it would be bomb a$$ cool to be in line and have food come KNOWING its from Gaga. Like, Gaga is feeding me!!!!! Even if it was a chicken Mcnugget, it would taste like a million dollar meal.

Someone on tumblr said that the food wasn't from Gaga.  There's apparently a marathon nearby and fans were given left over bananas, water, and such.  Also Whole Foods gave them scones.
