yeah true.  But Swine is for sure a song about rape.  Whether she was actually raped is unconfirmed.  The reason Swine is a party track, is cuz according to gaga when she's sad, she likes transforming her sadness into upbeat happy music  :toofunny: which is really wierd :dies:

I don't want to sound like a typical TFM stan, but I think she did a better job with that kind of thing in TFM.  :toofunny:

I actually like(d) Swine a lot, but I only really listen to the SF version. It was much more creative and showed her talents than the album version. I think the SF version could have actually done well if it was a single.

I just don't like how some fans believe that she was for sure raped. She makes some songs to raise awareness, even if she didn't live through it. I find it very hard to believe she would keep that from people.

my personal opinion is that I think she was forced to sleep with people to get deals and stuff which is what she probably refers to as rape even though she probably gave consent, she probably feels like she was forced to say "yes" to sleep with them.  idk  :toofunny: but she's never really said outright that she was raped and id like to think that if she did get raped that she would have said it by now.

I don't think she would be a big defender of Interscope if they forced her into it. She has said they are her truest support, hasn't she? She could have been talking about Fusari and being used for s-x just as well too.

I doubt it has anything to do with interscope.  She seems to have a good relationship with them.  I think it has more to do with what happened with Def Jam and yeah Rob Fusari.

Which is still unfortunate. I hope tonight is happy and fun though, not serious.

Lina? hahahaha Fame Kills was a name for a reason.  :flop:

Or the rape? Gaga has never said she was raped. She has alluded to it, but she plays up a lot of things. No doubt she was probably s-xually harassed some, but if Gaga was raped I think she would have blatantly said so- she should say so. So many people look up to her and would feel more accepted if they had an icon who paved the way for them to speak out about their experience.

That doesn't mean she was... Remember when it was about Perez too? Or d--gs?

She could have meant rape of her career or creativity as well. You know how Gaga speaks and it's not very literal most of the time, but she likes to throw in buzz words.

if you would get raped you wouldnt want to say it infront of million of people ... shes just saying it differently

swine is obvs. about rape

This is my belief as well. There is a rolling stones interview from 2010 I believe which pretty much solidified my take on the situation.

Grand Public

Imagine if she debuted the tour stage tonight... :flutter:  one sneak-peak-teaser performance, not necessarily from the tour script, ARTPOP in all it's glory. Best move ever!
