Judas because it seriously slowed the momentum of the era and hurt the potential of later singles, especially The Edge of Glory.

 

Marry the Night because she should've stopped while she was ahead. Ending BTW with Yoü and I would've been the smartest move, and tbh a lot of people probably wouldn't call Born This Way as a flop with all of the singles going Top 10. Plus, one less single = 2-3 months less of overexposure. It could still have a video, just not be an official single.
