The rumors are true: Lady Gaga is launching her own beauty brand! Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, investor Nicole Quinn revealed that her company Lightspeed Venture Partners has invested in Gaga's new project, titled Haus Beauty, which will be launched soon.
"We're doing something with Lady Gaga," she said. "We're excited for our launch because we have got some absolute superstars as part of this company, people that have true expertise in the area. They know she never does anything half-assed."
Quinn added that her company has been in talks with the Haus of Gaga for two years and the A Star Is Born actress is actively involved in the project.
"Asking Gaga many different questions around commitment and time and energy is what actually gave me conviction about the deal because she's so passionate about this," she said. "She spends many hours a day calling not just the management team in the company but everybody, discussing the product and having them over to her house to brainstorm."
Lady Gaga trademarked the name Haus Beauty back in February 2018. The trademark papers revealed that the new company plans to develop products ranging from lipsticks, eyeliners, and eyeshadow to perfumes, massage oils, and even laundry products.
