There's no dispute over songwriting credits. There is, it clearly states that she did not contribute to writing for the Fame. This is not Gaga's case perse but about her and how much Starland should be paid for introducing her to Fusari. Everything else that happened after that became a big mess since both her and Gaga had s-xual relations with Fusari.
