They return to Isla Sorna which is where all of the dinos were originally developed, trying to get the DNA samples for a big company. That's the general plot of this film and that one. I wish they had just done a more direct sequel titled "Jurassic Globe" or "Jurassic World Unleashed" with a better integration between people and dinosaurs.
