Yess, i always think about how it would have been...(Recuerdo que ZEDD dijo que sonaba como a música del 2050..)

Si, yo tambian recuerdo. Hopefully we get some of that original vision on Act II. :)

Agreed. I think that whole time of her life, like Cake and Stache were really just her high as heck and had nothing better to do than mess around with some beats. I think we were all really confused around that time, cause we thought this was going to be the base for ARTPOP a little bit.

But, she definitely realized how much she liked these sounds though, and worked with them. I personally love Stache, and deep down, liked Cake for the longest time too.

I do remember that time, too. But honestly, as a g.u.y. who has burned millions of brain cells on MDMA on rave parties, it sounds nothing like it :(

I really wish she didn't back from the sound of Born this Way. The production was so richer, so darker, so club-ready. It was the sound of the future, but ARTPOP has a sound of a half-finished 2013 record.

And this is coming from one of her biggest fans, trust me.

This. I've been to so many raves and I think the closest 'rave' song is Swine (which sounds amazing on MDMA, if anyone wants to try :hor:) More songs like Swine are completely welcome by me.

Well, ikn...i think we will get it via APP ( TEA...que se suponía que es la mejor canción de lady gaga y que era demsiado buena para ARTPOP)

It's a pre-made beat that she sang over, so I would say yes, it's very indicative of ARTPOP  :fat:

In that sense, it's indicative of Donatella I guess, but why the album as a whole?

She also sang over pre-made music for other songs too:

Aura

Donatella

(maybe) MJH

DWUW (wasn't it her singing over a DJWS beat a'la Goverment Hooker?)

Of course, that doesn't make her less of a songwriter, because you try to create a tune over a ready beat/instrumental, and please come back and report to me the results. It is not easy.

it was so early in the ARTPOP idea... the concept has changed so much, i think it was just a teaser of the producer (Zedd)

Stache was supposed to be indicative of what ARTPOP would be. In my opinion, it sounds very similar to Aura, and, if I remember correctly, Aura was one of the first songs written and recorded for ARTPOP (leaked demo). The injury definitely altered Gaga's vision for ARTPOP. I love the final product, but I do wish we would have gotten to hear that original concept she had in mind.

:applause::tea:

I DO hope songs written for the original concept of ARTPOP make it to Act II

Yet, Stache was an indicative of EDM heavy tracks on the album including Swine and Dobatella, along with G. U. Y. And Mary Jane Holland. Most of all Aura.

If you mean Gaga singing new lyrics over an old, already used ZEDD production, then yes.
