Yeah, a lot of people on west have really awful image about east Europe :noparty:

You should visit south Europe sometimes, it's wonderful here  :lana:

Visit Malta tbh :whitney:

GUY has been freefalling today from the 200s to almost 350....

I wanna visit Malta so badly! It gives me the feeling of a big city in the middle of the sea. :legend: Is it approachable to study there if you are from another country?

As long as you speak English, yes. All classes are in English unless all students are Maltese in which case some lecturers feel comfortable talking in Maltese.mothers still talk in English regardless. Many foreigners even come here to study English, we've got a lot of English Language schools with many students in the summer.

And you'd feel at home. Mediterranean culture is prevalent although not exact like Greece. But yeah it feels familiar.

Mediterranean climate is overrated. It's humid so even when the temperature drops just a little bit it chills your bones and in the summer it's too hot and too sticky.

You haven't visited malta :whitney: it's unique.

There's the site for the only university we have. For Maltese students undergraduate courses are free and I believe to be in compliance with EU law this is extended to all EU students... But I am not 100% sure.

I disagree. Of course its not perfect but its better than anything else. It's like saying that Democracy is overrated because it has many flaws. Of course it is overrated and of course it has flaws but there is nothing better so the best thing you have to do is embrace it. (the example though)
