To use all the buzz from the space performance for the same old tired concept named ARTPOP that was announced in summer 2012 ? Definitely NOT. If there will be act 2 it should come out quickly after the 3rd or the fourth single. I can agree with you if she scraps act 2 and releases a brand new album (new concept) after hte Space performance I think he is just being hot & cute and he is waiting for me to invite him in my bed. Then only space performance and the Grammy's and not Superbowl. Her next release needs hype and a big platform of promorion tbh.
