With ARTPOP, Gaga is constantly breaking "the fourth wall" and responding to criticism.

The whole era seems to be geared towards her critics, from message, to music, outfits, performances, etc.

You should know, she only did this to stir up controversy to help DWUW sell more.

It was a marketing ploy to grab the attention and get people talking.

Whispering

...with anyone who feels exhausted and wants a long holiday. I think it's widely underestimated how difficult the runway AND the castle levels were to run around for 2hrs+. The Monster Ball was a LOT easier to navigate, not nearly that challenging.

Also, if Gaga wasn't sick of BTW, why didn't she just postpone BTWB for later dates?

Because Gaga needed hip surgery, which then resulted in weeks of bed rest and months of being in a wheelchair and painful physical therapy.

She spoke in great detail about what happened to her hip. You must have missed it:

"My injury was actually a lot worse than just a labral tear," says Gaga, 27.

"I had broken my hip. Nobody knew, and I haven't even told the fans yet. But when we got all the MRIs finished before I went to surgery there were giant craters, a hole in my hip the size of a quarter, and the cartilage was just hanging out the other side of my hip."

She continues, "I had a tear on the inside of my joint and a huge breakage. The surgeon told me that if I had done another show I might have needed a full hip replacement. I would have been out at least a year, maybe longer."

Also, there is an actual medical doctor involved in this "big lie".

Lady Gaga and A-Rod (Alex Rodriguez) are connected at the hip by a world class surgeon. The pop star and New York Yankees Major League Baseball player both have been forced to go under the knife for hip surgery recently and Gaga is only fresh off the operating table this week. A report from the NY Post reveals Lady Gaga got some help from a friendly A-Rod at the doctor's office, right before her surgery on Wednesday. Gaga underwent surgery on her bad hip this week and the paper reveals she and A-Rod share the same top surgeon, Dr. Bryan Kelly, at New York’s Hospital for Special Surgery. As it happens in the small town of Manhattan, the two mega rich stars were simultaneously arriving at the doctor's office this week and Rodriguez lent a kind word of encouragement. “Alex was at Dr. Kelly’s office for a follow-up,

Dr. Bryan Kelly:

Dr, Kelly came to one of her shows at Roseland:

How much do you think they had to pay this surgeon to lie?

Next, insurance policies back up huge tours like Gaga's. If Gaga ended the tour, without a valid medical reason, Live Nation and her label would have lost millions of dollars. So, what happened a year later? That's right, Live Nation signed on to do ANOTHER worldwide tour with Gaga! Arthur Fogel is a businessman. If Gaga made him lose millions of dollars, just because she was tired, he wouldn't be signing back up so eagerly to do another tour with her.

Lastly, Gaga has three scars that resemble deep puncture wound scars on her hip, that needed the surgery. Did she pay someone to make three puncture wounds on her hip?

Come on...this is all just ridiculous! :smh:

It's also kinda disturbing and unhealthy to think your opinion is final. People liking what you don't is not a "mindless following" and it's kinda arrogant to imply such things.

When did I say I even liked the op's post? It's just her opinion and she should be allowed to share it without being attacked. "I hate people like you / You should leave the fan base" is a little freaking extreme and to not allow other people to have an opinion constitutes a mindless attutitude, in my personal opinion. You can love an artist and support them but at the same time be critical of them.

When have I, or the person I've defended (the op) ever insinuated that our opinions are final? If you reread the person I was responding to:

"You don't get it at all. I don't like people like you at all. I would love for you to leave the fanbase please. :D"

How can you not notice the finality of their language and the arrogance to assume that they know who the ideal fan is and whether or not they should "leave the fanbase"?

You've got this all reversed.
