Last night I saw a dream that I was watching Gaga performing Venus in Athens

My dream will come true :)

Guys, I'm a little bit afraid... What's going on with the tickets? I'm sure that Gaga doesn't want to sing just for 20,000 people in a HUGE stadium...What do you think it's gonna happen?

Son of Venus

i'm prettty sure more and more will be sold during August and September. Most concerts here are sold out only a few weeks before the show.

There's still THREE MONTHS before the show, and 20k tickets are already sold... It's doing more than fine for now!

I REALLY hope so... but still I thought that the demand would be huge from the beginning!

This aint 2010 honey. The Born This Way singles flopped compared to the previous ones while Applause and Do What U Want weren't enought to repair the damage even though they did get decent airplay

don't follow my instagram (trying out reverse psychology)

I know, I know. Especially in Greece, Gaga didn't get the same airplay as Rihanna or Katy Perry. The fact is that Gaga has more fans here that Katy or Rihanna. These two wouldn't make it to sell even 10,000 tickets.

They need to promote the concert here otherwise i don't see it selling more than 35-40k tickets which actually means that the stadium will be half-empty.

THIS! I hope in July and August the concert will be promoted as much as possible!

I would be happy if she sells +40k tickets tho... The economy in Greece is horrible and Gaga's tickets are expensive...

No way. The concert will sell mainly the last 3-2 weeks. Even householdnames can't sell the Stadium now.

Well the greek economy is bad indeed but not as horrible as the foreign news claim to be. We are not Zimbabwe nor Liberia. Besides economic crisis is a global problem, we are not alone in this.

We have the greek style clubs here called "boozookia" where many artists 2-3 days per week sing and perform in front of thousands of people and the ticket prices are the same and even higher than the artrave.

Paying 40 euro to see for the first time LADY GAGA is not a big deal to us whatsoever, trust me.

Yes, its not expensive but the Greeks don't have money anyway.

Its not the same. People don't give money that easily to listen Lady Gaga or Shakira or Red Hot Chilli Pepers as local Greek music. Greece is dominated by Greek music.
