She could promote Gypsy worldwide on the tour, it would make perfect sense if she released it while she's on the road. Why would radio want to play Gypsy when most don't even give GUY a chance? (International) *Because sonically it fits more on the radio, even if it was played only a few times it will get more audience impressions since its a lot more relate-able and comfortable to hear which will lead into the radio playing it more and if we're lucky to put it on power rotation. Gaga is not going to promote anywhere (unless maybe for Japan VMAs, I really hope she can go) and 1 month since the video already passed ... in Bulgaria, GUY is already a hit... it was number 1 on the daily top 10 for more than a week and then I saw it was number 1 on the Airplay chart which is pretty good ! BTW, TEOG and You and I didn't top that chart and neither did MTN.. I think Only Judas did.. But other countries (that are more important ) ... (International) US-wise: This is the song that got 1m update on ARTPOP's release (as much as the all the other album tracks combined); a bigger update than GUY ever had, and was almost top 50 on Pop after 3 days. But why would they play it in the first place? In my country, GUY hasn't been played on any radio station yet and they only will if it enters top 10 on itunes, which it won't since it has no airplay in other countries that will be the same with a fourth single. A fourth single is a horrible choice, because it'd perform as bad as a third single for Britney Jean. GUY has potential in the US and the UK, but that's it for now. It might become a hit in France..
