You mean the one featured in a video and still charting lower?

no the one that actually was meant to be 2nd single but got shelved due to gaga's label wanting a hit in DWUW. They can now see how that backfired.

And, gypsy went higher because she performed it like, everywhere.

Exactly, and a lot of the time, a single from an album with multiple underperforming singles can still be a success. Look at Rihanna's Rated R era:

1. Russian Roullete - #9

2. Hard - #8

3. Wait Your Turn - #110

4. Rude Boy - #1

YAAAAAS. Couldn't agree more, and send it to radio. If it starts off well, THEN invest in a big video.

Isn't WYT a promo single?

The last Gypsy performance, 6 months ago, is still affecting its chart run now?

The longevity :whitney:

More reasons to become a single :whitney:

If ACT II is coming next year, and they can release 2 singles then:

4. Gypsy

5. Sexxx Dreams

I think MANiCURE would do well but :ohwell:

No it was the third single

"Wait Your Turn" was released on November 13, 2009 as the second international and third overall single from Rated R.

Upon the release of Rated R, some critics noted the diverse musical variety on the album, whilst others commented on the heavy influence of dubstep on the song. "Wait Your Turn" peaked inside the top twenty on the UK R&B Chart. The song failed to enter the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, making this Rihanna's second single that failed to reach that chart ("We Ride").
