MonsterOfSpain 8,318
What about the people that became a Monster during TFM/BTW/ARTPOP? Anyway it was when I watched the Telephone video, I was speechless, like wow... I still remember the first time I watched that. And then I started to look more about her and I was a fan for the time the Alejandro video was out, that was the first video premiere I ever followed. Das2793 0
As weird as it sounds, she helped me a lot when I was going through a lot of crap. I was in 9th grade when Just Dance came out and I didn't care much for it but I started to going through some stuff (just some dumb high school drama) and I remember listening to the lyrics and just connecting with the line "just dance, gonna be ok" and realizing that the song was just about not caring too much about stuff and just having fun and letting loose and I just felt a connection and went on YouTube to see more of her and I was hooked. (I know it sounds so cheesy)
MahoTheMnstr 141
The Gagavisions.. i liked the songs or the few ones i found on her myspace hahahaha (it was actually eh eh the one that made me buy the album ) but i don't become a fan of anyone unless i like them as a person and i watched the few Gagavisions she had and i LOVED her ideas and personality :Kara:

kkills 1
the blonde wig & the fact she hardly wore clothes... it was always bras and underwear or bodysuits which i thought was hot as hell <3 also the just dance choreography and music video captivated me and i've been stuck on GAGA ever since! :p
Joey1 0
I just heard the preview of just dance when it was like # 80 on iTunes and I was like hmm I can jam to this, but who is this lady gaga? then I kinda forgot about her for a little and I kept hearing about her (not major things though) and then when I went back to the song I was LIKE OHH this is lady gaga, the song still wasn't a hit but then I felt like it deserved to be after revisiting it, and then all of a sudden a month or two later it was everywhere and this was the first time I felt like I ever discovered an artist. So yea, I then attached myself to her, even before the craziness
rivingtonrebels 245
I was intrigued by her during TF era - especially when the Paparazzi video came out - but I have this distinct memory of downloading TFM and walking home in the rain listening to it and just going WHAT HAS THIS WOMAN DONE, EVERY SONG IS A SINGLE, EVERY SONG IS AMAZING. She just created something perfect and different and the fact that she actually had talent and could sing and dance and play piano live just put her in a totally different category than all the pop queens. also when I heard Telephone for the first time I had a religious experience

Charliie 1,828
Became a fan after Poker Face. I loved the energy in her performances. The disco stick, the futuristic fashion. The mistery behind that long hair n bangs.
CalumGaGa 0
The second that limo drew up outside the party and she had her legs out of the window alongside the iconic opening music just had me hooked instantly.
