US Eastern Standard Time = GMT minus 5 however, right now we're now in Eastern Daylight Time, which is one hour later = GMT - 4. (Soon -- March 30th -- the UK will be on British Summer Time, so the gap will go back to 5.) So, 11pm + 4 = 3am GMT. Central European Time is one hour later, 4am. You can also type this into Google: "what time is it in austin texas". Note that Austin is on Central Time, one hour west of Eastern Time, so the show is starting at 10pm local time.
