I'm not judging anything by a list where Flo Rida ranks top 5. Beyoncé, Lorde and other big artists aren't in it. KP barely made that list...Most of these artists are crap!

GAGA fans are good enough to buy her stuff... :legend:

this is very good news to me

It's saying only her fans like her basically.

Beyonce wouldn't have had time to get on the list with her late release vs a year of information.

Lorde isn't the type of music that people who pirate a ton of stuff usually listen to, plus she is a new artist.

The fact that only one female artist is in top 13 proves illegal downloading (especially torrenting) in more popular with males.

that's what it says to you? download numbers have nothing to do with being liked imo.

and it's not like people will download an entire album which has had only one single released properly and almost zero promotion so far...like I said, this list says absolutely nothing to me

That'd sound better if more people had actually bought ARTPOP :emma:

While I agree that promotion did greatly factor into this, I don't see how you can deny that downloads do not equate to liking or being curious of an artist.

No one would download an artist they don't like. It's not as if all of Gaga's fans bought the album either, and if they did then her decay is worse than we thought, because her numbers, while not bad, are not nearly as good as they could be.

This is showing people won't even take her music for free.

Sad but true.
