I added the intro in the beginning "Free my mind...", I attempted to make the hee hee's a lot louder in the second verse. I even added Gaga's own hee hee's that she does during her live ARTPOP performances! And I added the drum beat back in the bridge and extended the second verse!! I think it was for the flow on the album, because the way DWUW transitions into ARTPOP is pretty fantastic on the album as it stands. As far as I'm concerned, the biggest injustices she's served this song is muting the "hee hee"s on the second verse and eliminating them from the final chorus.
