jojo Freud 653
Why does it seem that since the last time I looked at how the ticket sales are going, that more seem to have opened up. Last time I checked the status of the first Melbourne show, it stated that a,b,c reserve and G.A were sold out and the only tickets remaining were for VIP party and hot seat. Why the dramatic change? They took all tickets for the first Sydney and melbourne shows off sale after announcing the second date to try and channel all sales into the new shows. Predictably they have opened up sale for both shows again, so they were never really sold out

Oh crap they opened up all the seating categories again? I've been watching it and I saw that a while after announcing the second show they opened up some GA tix for the first show again, but they were still showing "allocation exhausted" for a, b and c res seating. Like I was worried for the Aussie leg before but I feel like this is getting critical rn, she has so many tickets she has to sell within like 3 weeks. I don't know how thats going to be possible. Edit: Judging by this, I don't think the second shows were really needed. If gaga came to Australia like she was meant along with some promo (not late promo) to these tickets would be sold out or close to it. Katy been to AUS like 4 times within the last year and looks what its done for her, her ticket sales are booming. All gaga needed was at least to come onto sunrise, perform, and get some sponsorship for her tour but that didn't happen because of the mess that was her management Edited August 1, 2014 by guymonster1

I think the main thing is that (at this stage) its highly unlikely that she will cancel, and regardless of the numbers we will still get to experience the artRAVE! The whole management mess was certainly detrimental, but there's nothing that can be done about it now. The reason that I am pretty sure cancellation is out of the picture is that this is how far out Kesha and Pitbull cancelled their tour, and considering Gaga is ramping up her promo, I think theyre just going to go ahead with it. ****ty sales is still a much better headline than cancelled tour (again). Same but for the 2nd Melb show....but I think it'd be really bad if she did cancel the shows now and I think the backlash from people who bought tickets already would be terrible so I doubt it's gonna happen. I just hope it's not gonna mean she skips Australia in the next tour or something....but for this tour I'm gonna look on the plus side - at least i'm gonna have some room to f*ckin dance at some of these shows! I didn't even know she'd been here once, let alone 4 times. For me she is totally irrelevant and I don't keep up with what she's doing at all, but yeah I saw she kept on selling out shows here. jojo Freud 653
How do you work that out? No one knows the figures. :( True but just looking at what tickets are available.. By comparison much of Sydney's first show is sold. Check out the ticketek page for the Sydney show
