Dolev 866
Ugh there are plenty! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/israel/10255758/Pink-Floyds-Roger-Waters-calls-on-musicians-to-boycott-Israel.html http://www.theweek.co.uk/world-news/52910/stephen-hawking-israel-boycott http://www.haaretz.com/mobile/annie-lennox-i-have-no-interest-in-going-to-israel-1.318380 http://boycottisrael.info/content/israeli-citizens-red-hot-chili-peppers-please-cancel-your-tel-aviv-gig Yeah, Roger Waters, the one who preforms with Nazi symbols on stage is against the so called Jewish-state. Nobody asks for his irrelevant opinion. And I'm glad to see you used those sites. Both of the last are operated by Israeli People who lives in Israel. You know... we are a democracy (the only one in the region) so having an opinion is allowed here. Not sure how about the other side, you might want to ask the people of Gaza if protesting against Hamas is legal there. Oh wait, I have the answer: Where do you even live if you don't mind me asking? She should avoid israel tbh, she shouldn't support what they are doing to palestine. If she is against russias behaviour towards gays then she should sure as hell be against israel treatments of Palestinians. The situation is much better than what you see on CNN, the media loves DRAMA. Remember there is no innocent side in this conflict, and a lot of inaccurate and biased information is spreading around. I don't support my governments current policy towards Palestinians and I recognize their right for a country just like the majority of the Israeli people. I don't see how Gaga avoiding Israel will change something and I'm not responsible for any war.
lego 44,165
》Israel often promotes itself as "the only Democracy in the Middle East". However, Israel's apartheid policies are inherent even to something as seemingly light-hearted and joyous as rock concerts: Palestinian fans of your music living in the West Bank, in a land governed by Israel, are under martial-law and will not be permitted to come to Tel Aviv and enjoy your performance. The Palestinian people are being denied some of the most elementary freedoms: the freedom of movement, the freedom to access their stolen agricultural land and the freedom to protest without facing life threatening violence: When they demonstrate against the Israeli government, they face brutal treatment. (http://www.btselem.org/video/2011/05/child-arrest-silwan) and This is the biased info I'm talking about. Do you really expect Israel to open its borders when Palestinian terror organizations are threatening and trying to strike civilian centers? Same goes for this one. DO NOT act like Palestinians are innocent and Israel just check them because the government randomly wants to. There is a reason and it is written in blood, of people from BOTH sides. There is a difference between a demonstration and a brutal acts such as throwing rocks which already led to Israeli civilian causalities. Guess what, western-style demonstration are not so common for them Palestinian protesters. Gaza borders Egypt, so why won't they get their goodies by the Egyptian border? Israel owes nothing to a territory controlled by an organization who calls for Israel's annihilation and fires rockets towards Israeli cities on a daily base. No "kids" are taken without a reason. Israel has the right to defend itself and its citizens. Kids neither should take part in any militant activity if they wanna stay at home and stay away from violence. Fans, where ever they are or country they live in, have the right to enjoy Gaga performing live.
