I am really hoping it isn't one long video because I don't think anyone is going to watch it but the fans. People lose interest with nine minute videos and it won't help the single streaming wise. I hope it's just several videos.

Im so proud our little girl. I know a lot of people complain about the MTN video but its one of her most artistic, and daring videos yet. A music video is supposed to tell a story behind the song and thats exactly what it does. I feel like the main reason people are hating on that video is because of MTN flopping. I remember clearly that as soon as the MTN video was released everyone loved and praised it but as soon as the song flopped, everyone blamed the video and changed their opinions as if their opinions rely heavily on chart positions. The video may not have helped propel the song into the top 10 but that doesn't take away the integrity of that autobiographical mini-film. Im super excited cuz this video is gonna depict gaga's true vision. Just so u guys know, those 2 people are just the producers, gaga is the director just like in MTN. :)

The d--gs I'm on are called a cinema major, as well as a general understanding that beautiful cinematography, emotional, powerful narrative, strong, realistic performances, and overall production quality are FAR more awesome and unique than a by-the-numbers, Joseph Kahn-directed high-and-fast cut-to-the-beat MTV 3 minute video that will get a billion views but not necessarily make a powerful statement. It was her last single for the record, it was a story she wanted to tell, **** rules and conventions. Her trying to see her vision through to the end (with the help of a very experience cinematographer and production designer on MTN I might add), especially for a story so personal to her, is noble and ambitious, not her "trying to do everything". I understand I may come across pretentious, condescending, even rude, and I don't mean to, I just hate when people **** on MTN, Alejandro, the Jo Calderone performance, or any of her moments where she was actively doing something really unique and beautiful because they want her to be a Britney clone, when she never will be and never intended to. She's the artist, she's in control, she doesn't need people to "guide" her or to try and dumb down her art.
