Floxiemonster 2 Posted August 23, 2014 Share Posted August 23, 2014 haha that´s true hope is a great thing..meeting Gaga one day keeps me going on bad days so even though I´m sad that I haven´t yet sometimes it´s mostely a positive feeling and just being grateful that I get to love her for who she is and mostly: that she loves us for who we are. I´d love to meet some of you one day. Hahahaha! Indeed; you hit the nail on the head :) It's a lovely fanbase! And I'm glad there are more 'older' monsters like me as well. I think if you ask her about her experiences with the Jazz album she'll really appreciate your more as a fan because you're taking an interest in the music that makes her feel really special. I won't go into it but her work with Tony has been so important to her, and I know it's genuine because of how she talked about it at our Meet and Greet. It must upset her when people seem to bypass all of that to ask for some old ass demo :( Honestly I feel like the older fans will enjoy the meet and greet much more because they'll be listening to her and just enjoying the conversation. Others just felt like it was an easy way to verbally communicate with her like it was Twitter :/ But of course everyone is different. I'm sure you'll have fun. You'll meet and get to know the people at the VIP Party and the Show before hand so you'll be super comfortable once you get in to meet her. I had my eyes closed when I was listening to the music and she looked at me and smiled. I died, right there. And I agree. There was a lot of bombardment of questions which stopped the ease of the conversation. Let her talk, and listen. My bf thinks I´m crazy and that there´s sth wrong in my life to want to meet a "celebrity" what he calls her. He obviously doesn´t get that you can have a bond or love someone you´ve never met because you feel that person gets you like no one else does and that with that person even though you won´t you could or would share anything with. But then again he always hates on the people I like so now he hates on Gaga. I have the same problem. My boyfriend doesn't understand. I mean she wouldn´t have send you away but if it didn´t feel like there was time I woulnd´t have told her myself as well. The guy in front of me was in and out, then I went in, click click, I managed to say "I love you Gaga" (SO cliché), she said she loved me too then the security guy was holding his arm out waiting for me. There were others who broke the specific rules as James said, and security were getting mega-p!ssed. I'm currently going through some pretty rough post-natal depression and anxiety, and I was barely breathing when I went in. Honestly I thought that I'd be pretty self conscious but I was actually pretty cruisy. Once you're so close to her you won't give any ****s about anyone else, honestly. I mean you can´t even talk with her how you want the picture while monsters at the beginning said that she did everything they asked her to do (paws up, glasses off, hugging etc)..I think this really sucks and I wish Gaga didn´t let that happen to her fans. 8myh3art 10 Posted August 23, 2014 Share Posted August 23, 2014 Hey guys! Had ARTPOP Zone last night! Was freaking amazing, the show was amazing, Gaga was amazing it was incredible! With the actual meet and greet, we had about 45 mins altogether! Sitting and talking to her was amazing and she played 2 songs off cheek to cheek for us! Which were amazing! Then we took the individual photos which were like, no joke, in and out! Like I walked in, took the photo, and was out, didn't have a chance to say one word, not a thing! I walked in, said hi gorgeous, and she said like hi sweetie and put my arm around her took it, and was hearded out, I wanted to at least say I love you, so I did lol and she said the same and that was it! It was a blur! I think she was hurrying it up herself in the situation tho, cos she wanted to go out, which she did lol Overall it was amazing! I'm super glad I did it, I met the Queen and actually just sitting and seeing her and having her talk to u and sh!t is the most amazing thing ever! She's freaking flawless! I f*cking hate US Ticketmaster so much right now....before the US shows went on sale I asked if I could buy (or try to at least) APZ for the US shows coz in the description is said about US citizens only & I was considering trying to get an APZ ticket, and they said no because they may need to ship the merch and I asked "can I forfeit the merch"? They said no....then I kept reading stories from people who were like British, Filipino, Mexican etc who had APZ in the US...there was even an Aussie in the APZ at MSG!
