I understand the concept of her being present to pick up the tickets from the box office, but I've been told she'll have to actually sign me into the venue as well since i'm under 18 and not the card holder. Just wondering if any APZ holders that are under 18 or 21 that needed to follow this process as well, or when I'll actually be told this type of information officially by the venue or event organisers? So it is his bank account (because I didn't have the money at that time) but my ticketmaster account and it worked out well ! You need to speak to the ticket provider. I don't know if this is the same for Australian packages but; uk ARTPOP zone packages are issued using a 'paperless ticket' system. You get into the venue using your photo id and the card/payment system used to pay. The person named on the card/system is the one who gets in. The only way to get in if you didn't pay is if multiple tickets were brought at once and you go in with the payee. The payee cannot sign you in, they have to enter the venue. You'd think there would have to be a provision for under 18s to go in place of their parent - I mean it's not likely they will have a credit card so...but yeah, I would be contacting Ticketek re the Aussie shows APZ. My dad bought mine through his account too, but it was actually paid through my brothers credit card (because he wanted the qantas points ), and a lady from ticketek called the other day to let my dad know that the tickets would be given at the venue through signing in. This was because they originally sent us an ezyticket for some reason. Anyway, the lady said that even though my name is nowhere on the ticket there would be no problem transferring it into my name, as long as one comes to sign me in even though I'm over 18. She did say though that it could even be transferred before the concert but that's something that they'll figure out later. I guess its just something they do to make sure everything is legit haha.
