RQ: Heavy Metal Lover

I suppose my request is a bit obscure, but I'm looking for a HQ version of Heavy Metal Lover with the intro from the snippet on GAGAVISION. I don't want it to sound wonky, however, so if necessary, cut out everything after "there's nothing I'm concealing." But ideally, I'd like all of this to be in it:

 

"Sometimes it all feels so revealing, but most of all please know, there's nothing I'm concealing. Two years I've been opening my wounds, pouring salt and arsenic into my flesh and my perfume, writing music. I was destined to follow my artistic vision. I was Born This Way. Ooh ooh, ooh ooh…."

If this can't be done, then I'd at least like a version with the "YOWW!'s" in it, sort of like this:

except not throughout the whole song, only in the intro (and also much more HQ pro favor. :) ).

 

Most of all, what I'm looking for is just a really good hybrid that incorporates all of these elements and sounds good. Can anybody help me? :)

 

P.S. The videos in the description aren't HQ at all so I wouldn't advise using them for this task.

No, in that one the "YOWW!'s" keep going even after the intro, and the instrumental is a bit different. Ideally, I'd like the intro from GAGAVISION as well. Thank you though. :)
