I mean, all this vagueness of Single/Album release details, these hints and samples of what COULD be on the album. She said it right from the beginning, "My ARTPOP could mean anything." We all fell for it already....which means we probably couldn't even imagine the impact it will have on the Charts....the World even.... It really isn't.....technically. Everyone mistakes techno/house for dubstep. I mean dubstep is sort of a subgenre but it really isn't used in popular music that much, people just think it is That being said we already know this album is taking some sort of an edm route. I just hope it doesn't sound too typical and if it does sound typical than I at least hope its fun as ****. DirtyPony 9 Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 (edited) I love the idea of 'ARTPOP VOL. 1' and 'ARTPOP VOL. 2' I love how these two volumes are going to come together to make one rounded whole album. When we get 'ARTPOP VOL. 1' It gets me pumped at the fact that when we have VOL 1 we don't even have the whole ARTPOP album yet. Just a piece of the project. I don't want to fully judge the 'ARTPOP' album until both VOL. 1 and VOL. 2 are released. I can't wait to see the differances between the two volumes. Of course VOL. 1 is going to be more radio-friendly and the other is going to be more avant-garde, but who says that VOL. 2 won't have as many hits as VOL. 1? What is everyone's thoughts on how many tracks there are going to be on each volume? Also does anyone think that the volumes will be released as EP's and then later released together as a full LP?
