If ARTPOP is like Art soda, like drinking Koolaid "Someone's been drinking the koolaid" then I have very little problem with it if it's done in a sinister way. If it's done in a fun way it'll just be a Katy Perry experience. ARTPOP may be a reference to alcohol that's sold to younger people as alchopops - because it's a well known fact that artists are more creative most of the time when they've been drinking or doing d--gs or other things. "Have a drink of this art pop" If it's like... abstract... it'll just be weird. I'd like it to be called "the element" with each song based on an element of fame and superstar decay. "The Element" 01. ______________ (The element of success) 02.______________ (The element of fun) 03. ______________ (The element of crime) 04._______________ (The element of revenge) etc etc etc. Kind of in the same vein as TFM was 01. I can't even... with this post. That's like so pessimistic. With all this hype happening, and the fact that she's announcing the album title in September leads us to safely, SAFELY expect that we'll get music in the next month or two. Nothing compared to the torturous teasing and torment we endured in the lead up to Born This Way Seriously though, this release really isn't hyped at all. Yes she said "****" but maybe it was just a reaction. I mean why isn´t she releasing it already, since the perfume will already be on sale August 1st in Japan. Also why not using a new song, to promote the upcoming album, upcoming single and the perfume. It would be a big plus to use new material for the commercial.
