For a while I thought her brain was either ruined byTaylor or Cannabis but now I realize she's as clever as ever. Its a good business move to re-record the vocals in a professional studio with her coach. I have faith but she shouldn't have teased the album name, and every day of this month one of her friends has said something about ARTPOP, she has, or a site has posted their backstage interview ABOUT ARTPOP... Seriously, this is just ridiculous. I know I should be happy about the other stuff but I just can't get over how much she's screwed up the pre-era; she's saying, basically, that it won't be until at the VERY LEAST late April. Probably a single in April. She said last year that we'd get an album in 2012... this is just... She needs to release dates because she has been a real tease, and it's just stupid now. "ARTPOP aliens" "Sex Dreams" "TEA" Stop teasing song titles, stop teasing the themes, the release date, and just tell us the release date and some concrete information. EDIT: First post on page 1169 She hasn't even really teased it. Shes made generally vague comments in a manner that any other artist would and isn't mean to provoke us. The most teasing thing shes done to us was tell us the name of the album and that was so long ago at this point that everyones had time to chill out. She can't win. that too. they whine and whine that they want info even when shes not ready to give us any. so shes gives us some and now 'shes been teasing for 10 months and she ****ed up' like okay....its kind of our fault she released the album title so soon, generally as a fanbase we bother her and her team about it CONSTANTLY. theyre bound to break at some point. I'm going to go stan for Rihanna, her album'll probably be out next week @Jase - I wouldn't whinge But yeah, others would. *sigh* As long as we get dates soon. n0ne 13,105 Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 Theoretically Speaking: If Gaga had one of those "Spend-a-day" contest some artists have where a fan can win a day with Gaga including lunch with her before the BTWB and tickets to the BTWB with backstage access; and she was willing to let you listen to ARTPOP in some entirety (1 song, a few tracks, or the whole album) and/or see the album cover/artwork; Would you do it or would you wait until she officially releases? Factors for consideration: -Since she said recently she is tracklisting, the album artwork might still in development -If she does re-record vocals for a few songs or the whole album after the BTWB, the song(s) you listened to could sound very different when there/it's officially released; effecting you're opinion. -The album in someway won't be as fresh and surprising to you when it's officially released. In other words you won't have that initial feeling/reaction everyone gets. "My people… need to let our bitchiness out.
