She said she knows what we want; and that’s fun, dirty, dance music, and there’s no shortage of it on ARTPOP. :dead: thank god... This album is going to slay the other 3 and have them for breakfast. I'm not sure I understand what she meant. That it's the first time she's felt that she's had full creative control of the music, that it's of much higher quality than her previous work? Born Brave 2,072 Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 (edited) SHE'S TAKING 3 WEEKS TO RECORD VOCALS AFTER THE TOUR?!? whyyyyyyyyy!! we are never getting this album. she has been saying she needs to record the vocals for-****ing-ever. are you kidding me. /meltdown I hope we at least get a single before then. I just can't anymore. Look handsome... dont get upset over this... I am also a singer and experience tells you that she has been on a massive world tour and recorded much of it during the tour.point blank her voice is shot..she needs vocal rest to make this stuff sound amazing.. its simple.. 1 week of pure vocal rest.. 1 week for recording... and 1 week for re-recording any songs that need it after review.. This is ultimately going to make ARTPOP flawless and I would hate to suffer through another album with the vocal quality of Born This Way.. her voice deserves to be recorded from a studio and not a hotel room.
