chris777 112
Taylor's vocals were on point, idk what you're talking about lol Taylor is a great songwriter, but usually her vocals are average at best. I liked the whole performance tho. I just watched Selena's performance and it was stunning, really the best of the night. It deserves the boost on iTunes. Whispering 18,865
plus now that she is dancing they are no more better than the likes of Katia, Kesha etc. Skill level? Yes The difference is Taylor completely "buys into" her performance, minimal dancing skills and all. That's important in the world of theatre, which is really what these performances are on award's shows. That's why KP often falls short, but Taylor still stands out, despite the poor dance skills- Taylor makes it work for her.

Gypsy Life 118,907
Mess at you people criticizing Taylor and praising Selena Selena sang live and didn't rely on gimmicks, so she wins automatically. The other didn't even attempt.

She sang live but her vocals weren't perfect. I agree, and said it previously, that Taylor's track was mostly playback, but that isn't my point. My point is that the parts she sang, she actually sang well. Idk why you people won't admit it Before the AMAs: 41. 5 Seconds of Summer - What I Like About You (Live) After the AMAs: 122. 5 Seconds of Summer What I Like About You (Live) I skipped their performance. Gypsy Life 118,907
YOUR NEW RELEASES: We’re adding a twist to our tracking of consumer behavior, with audio streams now entering the mix. Thus the forecasts below offer the accustomed album-sales figure followed by a new total factoring in single sales and audio streams. It makes us editorial nerds a little dizzy, because we’re English majors, but the sales geeks have patiently explained to us that in this calculus 10 singles = one album and 1,500 audio streams = one album. In a related story, the participants in Spotify’s upcoming IPO are feeling thankful.
