I don't know where the percentages of the US leg come from but, when you go on Ticketmaster, there are tons of tickets left for each arena, these percentages seem really off. Link to receipts please?   

TICKETMASTER. You counts the seats left and you will find these numbers.

For example, there's 695 tickets left for the Fort Lauderdale's show which has a capacity of around 14,000 seats. So... 14,000 - 695 = 13,305 and (13,305*100)/14,000 = around 95%.

It's just maths. :)

So, there's NOT tons of tickets left for all the shows (excepts San Antonio)

Australian dates are not selling good except for Melbourne. I think she'll tour Asia (not as many dates as the BTWBall obviously), NA, Mexico and maybe Europe again in early 2015.

For Asia - I think she will add more dates definitely, but not sure for Australia since the dates aren't really seeling like crazy even tho they are far away...Maybe..

I only count shows where the standing zone is sold-out. And if it's not sold-out (I can make errors), so it's just sitting seats :D
