Rainbow Unicorn 82
Just out of interest, why put up seats behind the stage? Why would people even buy it, since they wouldn't even see anything!! Extra money
StrawberryBlond 14,965
7k in Norway I know you're saying that it's not confirmed, but I'd just like to reiterate that this CAN'T be true. If less than half a venue remains unsold, the show will be moved to a smaller venue or cancelled. Her Bulgarian and Romanian date at the BTWB got moved to a smaller space for this very reason. If she was allowed to be perform at such a big arena, she has to have sold at least 50%. I believe that's the benchmark for all artists when performing - anything less than half the venue's capacity and something has to be done. She performed for 14,566 Norwegians less than 2 years ago, so I can't imagine she's lost 7,000 fans in that time. I know she's dropped in popularity, but I don't think things are so bad that she can't even reach 11,500 people for a 50% attendance. Also, she's not doing a Finland date, and seeing at the Sweden and Denmark dates were pretty much sold out, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that Finnish fans will travel to Norway to see her. When there were rumours flying around that all her dates were only half full and Arthur Fogel made a statement to set the record straight, he mentioned that if all the dates were really half full or less than 50%, they would be cancelled, and as no dates have been cancelled, that means they are selling well. Coming from the head of the touring company, I'll definitely take his word for it.
HermioneGranger 608
She better perform at Oslo Spektrum like she did during the Monster Ball for her next tour. The capacity isn't big but she'll avoid the worst. The show will look packed and if it's selling well, her promoters can add a second date. It would be safe for her to do 2x a 8,000-9,000 arena than to do a half empty indoor stadium with a 18,000+ capacity. Otherwize, tonight show is more than sold-out They even added extra seats completely behind the stage earlier today : I still don't understand why they didn't add a ****ing second date... Some attendances in this arena : - P!nk, The Truth About Love Tour : 14,975 - Beyoncé, The Mrs Carter Show World Tour : 13,934 - Rihanna, Diamonds World Tour : 13,929 - Gaga, The Born This Way Ball : 13,723 (x2) Gaga did not perform in Oslo Spektrum with the Born This Way Ball, she performed in Telenor Arena. HermioneGranger 608
I said the Monster Ball. Ok. I saw the monster ball on the second date, she was amazing, although she was sick.
Rainbow Unicorn 82
Ok. I saw the monster ball on the second date, she was amazing, although she was sick. Oh, sad that she was sick, but I think the show was still amazing, right ? :)
HermioneGranger 608
Oh, sad that she was sick, but I think the show was still amazing, right ? :) She was more intimate and more emotional than I have ever seen her before. The performance of speechless was so emotional. One of the best nights of my life.
SomethingMore 1,701
Can someone update me? Been so busy with my uni + this C2C madness. Is everyone's prediction still 90M - 95M for the end?
MarryTheMonster 281
I think the artRAVE stage could fit in Oslo Spektrum actually. But if the ticket sale was that bad they would have moved it tbh so it must have been at least 11K, they must have seen profit in the show or else they probably wouldn't have done it.
