Don't worry about Billboard boxscores, I emailed Bob Allen from Billboard on May 27, and Billboard was already planning to release all the boxscores. Here is his answer :

I spoke to the promoter of the Gaga tour last week and they are planning on reporting the totals to Billboard.  I don't have them yet, but they will be posted online and in the magazine as soon as possible.

No. We aren't anxious because the shows weren't sold out but BECAUSE in PERTH 2/3 of the upper level were behind the curtain.
