Adampervez 603
I srriously dont think Katy will gross $200 million with this tour. I think some of you forget that Gaga got $200 million by doing 200 shows, and even the born this way ball didnt gross 200,000,000 even though it was a stadium/arena tour. Im impressed by katy, by there is no way she can gross 200,000,000 unless she adds some STADIUM dates.
somechick 1
Gaga is selling more tickets but Katy is grossing more? I don't understand, even when MSG's had the more expensive tickets of the tour, Katy gross $400.000 more? Gaga's tickets are cheaper. For sure her GA tix are cheaper...I only paid about $90 for my MSG GA ticket to Gaga. :)
Whispering 18,865
I think the problem is that you are calling a "full house" the same thing as a "sold out show", when it's not. A sold out show means all the tickets have been sold from the original seller...whether everyone goes and the actual show has a "full house" (ie everyone turns up), that's a different thing. The really interesting fact is what happened to those tickets on Stubhub, that blacklisted was making such a big deal out of. The last time I checked, the first LA show had under 200 Stubhub tickets left. Right before the second LA show, there were 99 tickets left on Stubhub. Why someone would worry about 1% of the seats POSSIBLY not having a person in them baffles me! Most of those seats left on SH were ridiculous prices. Some of the GH and Loge seats were priced at 400-600 dollars! No wonder they were left at showtime! Then there is the accusation that Gaga is "cheating" because she had 700 tickets on Stubhub. I guess Katy Perry is also a big cheater, because she has 750 tickets for tomorrow night and over 800 for Friday night. I guess she doesn't have sold out shows either. Beyoncé and Jay Z are also cheating, and Miley, and 1D and...

Beyoncé and Jay Z are also cheating, and Miley, and 1D and... I've been to 5 shows now and they all looked pretty packed. I mean yeah Ok there were probably a few empty seats here and there, but not like a whole block or something where it was so noticable. Then again, at least 3 of my shows were "sold out" (Uncasville, MSG and 1st LA show) and Dallas and Vegas had to be close to if not sold out. We don't know how the Dublin show is doing yet right? Decided to go. since I can now go to Birmingham and I've never been to Dublin & have wanted to for ages, so I figured well, I can combine the two. But I don't wanna buy my ticket just yet (since I'm broke from my trip to the States). I'm hoping GA isn't close to being sold out.... I'm worried if i leave it, it'll get sold out before I get paid again.

Arturo 40,746
I dont think she will be able to gross 100 million with this one tbh If she cancels any show then no. If she doesn't then I think she can barely make it tbh. She just needs to have a $1,333,400 average per show. Shouldn't be too hard to achieve with the European shows. Luc 4,775
YES I can quote the announcement but you will not understand anything so.. If that happens, you can expect many more international artists coming to Greece for future tours Enough to travel a bit. I've been saving a lot for the last few years...now I'm helping to sell out some artraves. Travel 'a bit' Australians are extremely rich though but everything costs a lot in Australia too, so it's not that pricey for them to go to other countries. The cheapest (and worst) tickets in the US were like $40 (i think??) But here in the uk it is £50 (for crap cheap seats) which in dollars is around $80!!!! GA for the Uk is £80 which in the US makes around $150. It will definately be possible to get over 100,000,000 with the european shows
