To be honest Stade France is not a place where both Katy and Gaga could perform now. It would not be full for sure...

There is a good arena here in eastern France : Galaxie d'Amnéville. A lot of international artists have performed there (Britney, Sean Paul, Beyoncé, One Direction, Elton John, Kylie Minogue, Lil Wayne, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and so on...).

 

I think Katy has no dates in France, she has a huge support from radios here, even Unconditionally ! But her success in charts is not so good. Gaga has no suport here and her tour is doing great and her charts performance is not so bad. I don't understand French people 

Because she has yet to announce European dates. Her (smart) team is waiting for a time with less competition - this summer/autumn, Beyoncé (and JayZ), 1D, Miley and Gaga (and Demi?) are already touring Europe. I bet they're waiting for a time with less competition, which would be this winter/late autumn or spring 2015.

Gaga's the one having a hard time selling out arenas. Katy has like 60 sold out arena dates without Mainland Europe while Gaga only has like 70 dates in total. Katy's NA leg is 2x bigger than Gaga's, remember that. And no: that's not because of low ticket prices. Gagas ticket prices are, in fact, already quite low in North America for a big pop star.

I try to have people not underestimate Katy we really have to get off our high horses. Gaga doesn't have the touring power she used to have.. and Katy's touring power basically quadrupled.

I was doing some math for fun and according to the capacity and prices she will do around 1.2M-1.5M USD from the Lisbon date.

I guess she'll sell out 80%-90% of the arena when it's all said and done. I doubt she'll sell out 100%.

 

I don't know if the ticket prices in Spain are the same as The Born This Way Ball but if they are she can gross 3M in Iberian Peninsula alone with two dates.

Agreed: Some of the people in here are far too pressed with Katy. Here management are extremely smart.. katy had smash hit consecutive singles .. Gaga released a music video for one .. and the video for the other one went no where ... there's your comparison so let's more on to talking about the ARTRAVE!
