Yes, they do. Tons of people wait until the day of the show to buy tickets! Many just happen to be in town for the day (or next few days)  and are looking for something to do. Sometimes, schedules open up at the last minute.

 

There are some people who always wait until the last day to get their tickets.

I've gotten my best seats by waiting until the day of a concert...sometimes in the first ten rows, for seated floor shows! I've also bought tickets for shows the day of the show, when I've been in town for other things or on a vacation, more times than I can list.

 

Many are just last minute people or their schedules are so chaotic, they have to wait until the last minute to plan a night out! Then again, some people just love being impulsive! :)

I think it's probably a bug because the entire sections are greys and there were many many tickets in the back...

OH and I just checked the Chicago date, there's 6 tickets left, all single seats!!!
