ANOTHER betrayal.. With almost every show she told in Latin America that she wouldn't ever skip that city/country again with any tour. It's so sad, because the majority of Gaga's passionate fans are from Latin America...

I think she means like time to promo and tour both, which I could see happening after the artRave ends

They are counted. Shows are basically always reported sold out anyways but if they had been sold, the attendance and gross would be higher.
