The biggest hits are usually fresh - which can be experimental or retro. At least some sound that hasn't been recently done to death. Her songs are either experimental-weird-ahead of their time OR retrowhat was big 10 years ago (DWUW) or in the 80s. She can have hits and good albums from that, but not easy #1 smashes, Actually I prefer Dark Horse and Burn as songs over DWUW. ok i think we need to trust gaga. i know we all have our ideas and theories... but seriously guys... she wrote and produced ARTPOP with top DJs, the sound is amazing, shes exploring herself as an artist. She will rebound no matter what its FKN LADY GAGA Beyoncé can drop all she wants and Katy perry can scream all she wants. Lady Gaga is legend and will live up to her reputation.
