Out of the whole album Venus would've been second single if Applause had been first.  Hell, I'd change the whole album release up.  January 1: first single release with video Grammy performance of first single album release a few days after Grammys February 1: first promo single with video March 1: second promo single with video April 1: second single with video May 1: third promo single with video etc. etc. till every song has a video, it's a nice thing for fans to look forward to tbh. And it makes the era a whole lot more interesting and gives every song on the album a bit of the 'spotlight'.   If I had the power to, I'd also change a few things on the album. I'd have replaced J&D, DOPE, MJH and DWUW with other songs and would've gotten Gaga to redo the vocals on Swine, Aura verses, perhaps make Gypsy a little bit different, etc. In that case the first single would've been ARTPOP Second would've been Applause Third would've been Aura Fourth would've been one of the songs that we don't have yet (Tinnitus, Onion Girl, TEA for example) Fifth would've been Venus Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
