Paper Gangsta

It was a promo single + has a vevo audio + it was promoted

So no.

She won't even touch the 3m mark this era guys, don't get too carried away.

:toofunny: talking about the US or WW? If you're talking about WW, she'll do that with ease :lmao: the album is already at 1M WW after 5 weeks :lmao:

Gypsy Life

Gypsy was performed 3 times in US, Venus only once (and it was on floppy muppets together with almost whole album).

Also we don't know which song sold more in total (probaly Venus)

Of course Venus sold more. It was released on its own as a promo single, but it didn't sell anything outside of its debut week, which was basically full of pre-orders sales.

In my opinion lead single by the end of April, and the album in May or start of June...

Obviously with video already filmed and all with the perfect times, but I think she needs to be more rapid and quickly, not a single 3 months before. We'll see, but I don't see ARTPOP with 4 or 5 singles for now.

On Autumn she will touring in Europe and others countries, she can't promote well, and it's a period full of release, Spring-Summer will be better.

She can do talkshows with acoustic performances on her days off :toofunny: great promotion while touring too!

Bitch puh-lease. Gaga is in a way different state of her career than with let's say when the second/third Born This Way singles were released. Gaga has more Pop/Rhythmic radio support than at any point in the BTW era and she's not as international. Next to that, she's in a way better place and has a much more do-able schedule. If Interscope wanted another BTW era, they'd have overhyped just like with Born This Way; but they didn't. They don't want another era like Born This Way, they want another era like The Fame and The Fame Monster. The material on The Fame wasn't necessarily good either - hell, 3 out of 300 people voted for The Fame as their favourite Gaga album while ARTPOP won the poll, yet the album and its singles did really well. Gaga has great album material, and if you disagree, I suggest you to just relisten to the ARTPOP era and think about your favourite moments rather than thinking about the huge list of flaws the critics have listed about the album. ARTPOP has no real fillers, and all songs are good. The only bad thing about the album is that only few songs (Sexxx Dreams, Venus, Aura, GUY, ARTPOP, and a few more) actually fit the reverse warholian ('ARTPOP') theme like how Gaga imagined it.

So what if Katy has 3 more #1 and Adele sells another 26 million copies of her album while Gaga's releasing more and more singles from an era? This is an album she worked more than 2 years on, not like Born This Way which she only worked a year on. She hasn't done all this work for a good Pop album to be forgotten and have an era that lasts four times shorter than the time she worked on it preparing it. DWUW should've been Top 10 by now, but that's kinda hard with a video. And Gaga can't help the fact that the video isn't done yet, that's Interscope. DWUW already is nearing Top 10 on North American radio and has already sold quite a bit in France, Germany and the UK.

But another thing, after all, what is the point of releasing Volume II? A second part's sole purpose is to milk an era. She doesn't even need Part II if she has enough single material left on ARTPOP, which she does. And who says that ARTPOP Volume II will help the album sales? It could flop, like the 20/20 experience P. II.

Another fact is, it's completely normal for artists to take breaks and have long single eras. It doesn't matter if she's out of the GP's eyes for another 2 years while new trends emerge; trends come and go. Michael Jackson only released 4 albums from 1980 to 2000. Hell, 'Bad' lasted 2 years with 9 singles. Did it hurt him that he had long eras with lots of singles and long breaks between albums? Not at all. Ray of Light was released 4 years after Bedtime Stories, did it hurt its success?

"About your schedule: Last time I was this delusional was when I was predicting BTW run and Its singles ..."

:wtf:

I agree with most of this post.

"About your schedule: Last time I was this delusional was when I was predicting BTW run and Its singles ..."

:wtf:

But this is how you want everything to be, not how It is in reality :rip: Everyone was so sure about DWUW smashing .. WELP IT WILL BE SUCH A LUCK If It ends up being  as big as Applause..  And I am talkin about how the songs won't smash, I am not talkin about how the songs are bad, because they are not :rip:

The video is done and you know it. . . she said 2 weeks ago that It's almost done .. OBVIOUSLY Interscope are not releasing it and yea month ago I'd say "Guys, Interscope know what they're doing" But I am not that delusional to think that they know what they are doing, when they wasted 3 promo spots on that song 1 remix already and Christmas is coming and still no video .. They did not get advantage of the holiday sales with ARTPOP because as It was reported, they didn't believe in the album and didn't PROMOTE it as It should have been promoted. And now they are not taking advantage of the huge digital sales post Christmas and New Year. . .  Katy will probably sell 100k with Roar and 400k with DH without even being official 3rd single, while Gags will sell 200k combined with all her songs from ARTPOP Including the singles ..

And she worked 2 years on ARTPOP that's the problem, that's why MJH sounds like Bloody Mary and Gypsy sounds like MTN/TEOG and Hair .. they waited too long to release this album ...  She's working on some songs since 2011, how IN HELL is she expecting the album to sound FRESH ? :rip:  She was even going to reveal song titles in Summer 2011 on Jonathan Ross show but she didn't because He didn't put off his shirt ..  I mean..... yea work on album in 2011 and release it in 2013 ..   EVERYTHING IS A MESS, I AM ALSO A MESS, so I apologize for my meltdowns today, I am just having a bad day in general :emo:

that wasnt topic of conversation. Anyways people used "CMA" so part of single sales subtracted to album sales

I know but I am talking about the promo especially in USA.

I don't see that she will release the second part during the European or Not America tour.

People are in denial here.

I didnt see a bigger mess than DWUW era in all Gaga s career. Even MTN was better released and promoted. Yes, DWUW will sell more, but this song could have smash, if they had a good plan. Most of the people said that, but now there arent so many believers.

I totally understand and I am kind of agree with your points.

Sure she needs to learn to move more fast.
