Waiting for this video is really pissing me of. I dunno how in the world prism is outselling ARTPOP................ everything from gaga except japan, has been completely low budget.. and why should it be low budget? When she was the highest payed musician in 2012.. what happened to giving all your money to your performances 09/10 gaga?Glad someone is seeing what I'm seeing, although the AMA's definitely had great production. It clearly was shot in a small studio and cost a small penny compared to those or any of Katy's videos. Obviously the video is very popular, so a video can have low production and still be good.
