Gypsy Life 118,907
How's Applause at 2.6M WW exactly? US: 2M Japan + Korea: 300K UK: 250K Canada: 80K Australia: 70K Denmark + Italy + Sweden: 50K France: 40K That's already 2.8M without a lot of markets. GagaMyBlood95 9,915
according to trustable sources, Applause has only sold 400k in Europe. She hasn't sold 1,8 mil in Latin America (probably under 100k), Canada (nearing 160k), Australia (100-140k), Japan (under 100k) and South Korea (120k). But tell me, is it really possible that MTN sold 400k outside the US and Applause sold 600k... I mean...

Mariano 958
then what prove it's sales? your delusional estimates? he meant that there are more sales than the certifications .. You know that, If an album is Gold and sold 750k in the USA, It sold 750k not 500k - that was his point ... Applause definitely did 1M WW .. It's at least at 3M WW . HOTRODSGAGA 81
Certifications don't reflect actual sales and you know it... what? for albums, you're right but for singles you're wrong. simply because you dont "ship" singles anymore.
chris777 112
Ok, use the certifications of PokerFace to calculate 14M sales WW or Telephone 7M WW and if you do it then call me. To explain my point: First of all there are countries that foreign artists don't get ceeificationa easily. Furthermore what of a certification needs for example 400k sales ans the song has done 350k?. You assume that it has done 0 and so you throw many sales away. Poker Face and Telephone sales were reported by a realiable source. and it's cetifications hasn't been updated. Applause in the other hand was certified at time. and we have been tracking it's sales since day one, unlike Telephone and Poker Face
Snowyrain 38
Every day you all keep talking about the 6-songs free falling ahead of DWUWU, yet I keep saying more and more songs overtaking it & never leaving the 20's When the Voice songs are out XFactor songs are coming Gags can't get a rest
Gypsy Life 118,907
probably even more! Definitely. Canada is only based on certification as it's platinum and nearing 2x platinum. And we didn't get updated sales for Korea and JP for 2 months now.
OBEY 57,109
probably even more! applause must be at like 100 000 in canada
Blues 0
what? for albums, you're right but for singles you're wrong. simply because you dont "ship" singles anymore. Well it was certified platinum in Canada on September 26th (80k) is that its current sales? It's probably getting close to 2xp since it stayed in the top 20 for 2 months after that, you can't just look at a certification and say that's how much it has sold.
