I can't believe that a song like Roar is slaying that hard. I don't know what to think about this world anymore...

Katy "won" with Roar if you want to call it a competition, that's for sure..

I think it's Gaga's turn now with DWUW!

Roar will broke 'the fastest reach to 4M sales' record. . Right now E.T is holding the record.

Dark Horse could be platinum before it's released as a official single  :deadbanana:

I don't see it as a competition. I'm sure Katy and her team is more interested to have a big sales than beat Gaga's or other pop girls singles

Applause was selling half of Roar some months ago, and now it's selling 65% of Roar which is more than half = more longevity.

I know what you mean, Ive been watching that too. Applause has been cutting into the difference in sales over time . if you'd project that out to over a year or so eventually Applause would pass Roar on  iTunes.  I doubt that will ever happen though.

I know, but many people here are comparing Gaga to Katy all the time, so I said IF you see this as a competition... I certainly don't..

Yesterday, one of my top 40 stations was playing Unconditionally while the other was playing Dark Horse. And today I've heard Roar and Dark Horse. I love Unconditionally, but I think she's really stifling something big here.

. Lol Applause is selling 65% of Roar so that means Applause has more longevity? What are you smoking?

2 months ago Applause was selling 50% of Roar should I go further explaining :awkney:

I'm highly anticipating the DWUW video. The charts are boring without having anything from Gaga that can move her songs tbh.

I can't at that logic :lmao:  Roar not only have more longevity than Applause but next week It will become 4xplatinum :rip:  Probably one of the fastest selling songs In the digital era..

I'm not talking about sales or radio as overall  u know if we compare that of course Roar is >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Applause

See Roar peek like month before Applause on radio. longevity not always = bigger sales

overall two song performed almost the same where Applause has had more longevity in terms of peaking

of course if we look at numbers we'll see that Roar has twice the AI of Applause and twice the sells but I wasn't talking about that
