I don't think it's a good title for the UK at least ; while 'BALL' implies an event of some sophistication. It should just be the ARTPOP BALL That's how I always think if it in the US. But of course I'm excited for the tour Well they began to tour the Fame Monster days after it was released, I think it's kind of the accepted standard to tour very close to an album's release date. I'm really hoping she announces tour sometime in December and tickets go on sale before the holidays, that'll boost some ticket sales (Christmas presents tbh) as well as make it perfect timing to start touring in late February-March!
