It's probably going to need to function as damage control to win people back and give her some big hits to sell the tour, hence it apparently happening after ACT 2. With that in mind, they'll probably go hard. B-sides aren't going to cut it. She'll probably be asked to work with some hitmakers to all-but-guarantee successful material and she'll probably tone things down further to be less abrasive. I wouldn't be surprised by a huge pop collab for the PapaTele continuation, a huge urban collab like Jay Z to further the "straight cred" she's pursuing, and generally a lot of pop...and not so much dance. It's when the sounds from the inside (of your body) can be heard at all all times. It intensifies sometimes. Can be excruciating. Gaga could really do a lot from the noise taking over theme.
