He don't have even one worldwide tour, he is just popular in the USA, like Katy Perry( she's more popular than him in the world, I guess- for the moment) but actually, Gaga slays with tours. That's why she have to start one at the beggining of 2014- to promote her new album worldwide- starting with USA, cuz she didn't sing there at all on the stadiums. ARTPOP was out of 11th which makes 4/7 of a full week's sales.. I just can't at some of these album charts, like why does the week end BEFORE IT ENDS?
